    donor car

    was originally thinking of gettin my old 20v T mk4 back but had a price from midland vw for engine conversion that cant really be missed
    will be looking for donor car in new year with 1.8t ideally a mk4 golf/bora
    so if anyone knows of anything or sees something and cheap as possilble
    please let me know

    mart will be the best man to see reference an engine gearbox loom and all the bits dude hew always breaking them and im positive hes got one in a t the moment

    well psi quoted me 4k and they would you the bam 225 engine

    but ideally just want a turbo again lol as the 2.slow engine isnt bad but just sounds gay and cant do much to it

    but think i anice 1.8t with a few bits and get it running about 230ish would be fine and ideal for me then can always think about more later on

    I hear you indeed - the 2.slow is severely lacking and serious money would need to be spent to get anything from it.

    A 20vt conversion to the P'rat would mean I would keep it forever but hard to justify for me especially when so many other estates available with a 1.8T and also not ignoring the 20vt mk2 I already have.... love the colour of it too much to get rid for 20vt estate though!

    yeah will keep my eyes open wont be until a bout feb time but if a bargain comes up then will snap it up if i have money at the time
