Arrow best golf for a family of 5

    hey all,

looking to buy my 1st dub and im in the decision of either a 5 door mk2 golf or a 5 door mk3 golf, i was woundering which would be best to fit 3 kids in the back seat, ther ages range from 6months to 5 yrs of age.

i did have a fabia white fitted my mother in law, and my to others in the back and had enough room,

    all help will be appreciated

not sure if the back seat of a mk2 has 3 seat belts fitted? will you have to use child seats/bumper seats for all 3 kids?

out of the two options above I'd say the mk3 - if only because its a little bigger and newer

    Eddie

I have 5 door mk3, and fit my 3 kids in the back fine (2,5,7), there is only lap belt in the middle but it's sound for the youngest's seat, the other 2 are on booster seats and have no problems

anything in the wagon family IMO audi A4 skoda octy mk4 golf passat you can pick up mk5 estates for good money now or if budget is tight then go for a mk3 tdi estate or if your feeling flush then get a t4/t5

For all round comfort size and something that's modern I'd say go for a mk5 golf or golf plus.. They can be had for little money now for the early ones which will be high in gadgets and cheap to run if you go diesel...

Better than the older mk4 and bigger
