Thread: Hi, new member.

    Hi, new member.

    hi all.

Thought i'd introduce myself. I'm Ollie, i joined the other day looking for a caddy for sale, but have since scrapped that idea. I own a lhasa green mk1 golf that is currently at PSI having an abf engine fitted as I dont know one end of a spanner from the other unfortunately, wish i did have more knowledge though. I also drive a mk3 gti 16v as a daily although this is being swapped soonish, probably for a bmw 3 series estate for daily duties to to carry my mountain bike about. Anyways, thats me, you may have seen the mk1 about before as i used it as my daily for 2 and a half years.

A big part of the choice was the convenience of it only being fifteen mins away from me. The price was similar to others too, admittedly still a lot of money. I will stick some pictures up at some point.

Welcome fella.....cant beat a Mk1. ABF in a Mk1 will be rapid...although more of a ball ache than a 9A cos its taller so more work to fit.
