Thread: Really really poorly T2

    Really really poorly T2

Hi, I'm a brand new member in need of advice! I've recently taken the plunge and adopted a '73 T2. Unfortunately on the way home, the power died and I was forced into the most expensive recovery of my entire life (hull to stoke is faaaaaar). It looks like a dynamo and possibly starter motor issue. If anyone has any advice on the best solution, you would save me from an almost certain nervous breakdown. Cheers

    Welcome matey

Have a word with whereyoufromnosecity- he's doing a ground up resto on a T2 at this moment in time so he might have a couple of pointers. The thread is in the aircooled section if you fancy a butchers

Only just seen this thread, when you say power to you mean mechanical or electrical power
