    Stan`s Mark 4 tdi

    IMG_2147.jpg

I have just picked this up last week as a bit of a weekend project for me. Its quite rough around the edges so i have plenty of work to do to make it a bit more respectable. I have had a set of 19 inch wheels in my garage for two years waiting to go on to something so i will put these to use. I have picked up some lowering springs this week and a bonnet bra.
Any advice or comments greatly appreciated.

The wheels are some obscure 19 inch 5 spokes, ai advantage I think they are? I have never heard of them? Will give them ago see how the look, I quite like the look of some oem wheels, so will see what happens, cheers for the comment

well i managed to do a few things to it at the weekend. the drivers wing has been poorly painted by the previous owner in matt black, so as a tempory fix i have sticker bombed it, both door mirrors were different colours so i managed to drop on some very cheap chrome mirror caps, i have fitted the 19inch wheels that i had in the garage, but one is buckled. And i have fitted a set of 40mm lowering springs and a bonnet bra. Honest opinions please. Please bear in mind the mirrors and wing are only a temp fix so don't pick on me too much

the stickers come with the oil we use at work, they are morris lubricants classic motor oil. It took 12 sheets and about 25 mins to do. I have just ordered some more oil so will have some sheets coming soon mate if you want some.
