Thread: My V6 TT

  1. #1

    My V6 TT

Picked up an audi TT few weeks ago Most of the 3.2 V6's i looked at were semi auto DSG flappy paddle ones but i fancied a manual, they didnt make many...and seemed to be more expensive, this one was on 54k and had a lady owner who didnt drive it much.Colour is glacier blue, I wasnt sure about it at first but really like it now.

hoping to be back on the forum a bit more often, went awol from every forum for a long while.

btw bumped my head gettin out of it a few times. :@

19's with some springs will give it the perfect ride height

i was hopin i wouldnt need to lower it if i stuck 19s on? i hate messing with suspension as it ruined the ride in my golf.

private plate is the first mod thinking about it

I'm a massive massive fan if the mk1 tt and this doesn't disappoint at all i don't think it needs lowering I'd go with updated ARB and poly bushes you will keep the ride but tighten things up mate

coil-overs will ruin the ride... but you should be fine with a set of springs, maybe around the 35mm mark... (no issues at all with the golf on the same setup) or else your arch gap will be reduced very slightly, but your ground clearance will increase by a few extra inches with the 19's...
