Thread: VW Oldboy.

  1. #1

    VW Oldboy.

Been around Dubs for a long time and like this clubsite as, unlike most it's normally pretty busy with some decent ideas and opinions.
Anyway lets cut the bull and post my current daily....which I bought 3 months ago after selling my Spltty, that I'd owned for 6 years.

I've owned over the years countless Dubs of all sorts
I also own an '84 Mk1 Golf GTI Campaign in Lhasa.

Many thanks Guys for the warm welcome.
The van is actually a '04 plate 174 T5, with a few mods from when I bought it......

Really fancy a lot of touring Europe next year and NOT in a Splitty. I've been all over the country on holiday/shows in the Split and enjoyed every minute, but for the moment anyway a car like, powerful, roomy, comfortable and fairly frugal T5 is the way

I hear what your saying re the reason for the T5 - be nice not to have to play the Splitty journey lottery game!
