Anyone had dealings with them? please give your opinions here

Bought the B6 from them in August and have to say the service was superb. Considering our uncertainty about actually making a purchase on our visit, we were given time to look over the vehicle, a test drive which took on every type of road possible, friendly service and quite a few freebies with the purchase including free next two MOTS and two free services (one being a major)
The vehicle was prepped to an incredible standard when collected and even received two aftersales call to make sure we were still happy with the car! Having dealt with Peugeot previously I was dreading the idea of buying from a main dealer again but fears allayed and would recommend them.
Also been in for a few parts for the Mk2 which always causes a stir as its not often I get parts from them. Despite the fact Mk2 stuff is all obsolete from VW, they always check group/ national stock to see if they can source the part and look for alternatives where possible.
With the lad's work experience placement coming up I've had cause to make contact with the dealership as he's expressed interest at going into a mechanical/ engineering profession. Again helpful and friendly when asked the questions and not made to feel like I was getting in the way.
Over all I rate them and have been very happy with the service

If you need to get a foot in the door ref work experience PM me, know lots of staff there and one of best mates is workshop controller so might be able to put a word in.

Well work experience came and went, the boy enjoyed it muchly. He was a bit disappointed he didn't get to work on a Phaeton or Touareg but never mind.

Unfortunately he's left that position and now works for me

We both know lots of staff at most VAG dealers ranging from Telford, Shrewsbury up to Crewe, if you pop in to see me one time i'll have a chat about it

Took my Mk4 4 motion in for some warranty work many years ago, took them 3 visits to find creeking anti roll bar bushes even when I told them what it was... Arrogant people... Always felt like they wanted my pants down as well ... Never used them again in 10 years and never will... I use VW Shrewsbusy for my all servicing, Bought the current car from them as well plus other members of the family do the same after very poor service levels from Stafford ...
