I bought my Ibiza FR from LC Charles, staff were polite and always helpful. services were good, always had a courtesy car from them.

Re: LC Charles SEAT - Crewe

Bought our Toledo from them, having gone to look at a demonstrator we realised a new car would cost fractionally more and sat down to do the maths. Mind you there was no pressure on any outcome, the figures were simply presented. I had an idea of what I wanted for the Passat having been offered a price by Stafford VW. Initially they wouldn't meet the valuation (but they did a much better job than Wolverhampton Skoda!) but when I called no deal were soon on the phone with a revised valuation.
Signed on the line and although the car was delayed slightly (not dealer's fault) it arrived exactly as specced and exactly as it should. Staff were friendly enough, communication could have been a little better but over all not a bad experience at all. To top it all off the car was ordered for some £4k less than the equivalent Rapid and looks a darned sight better too.
