    Mark clattenberg

It's been in the news all week mark clattenberg has been accused by Chelsea of an Alleged racist remark!! Now is it just sour grapes that man yoo won and clattenberg sent 2 players off or does anybody believe a referee a man who is support to be against this sort of abuse in the game committed this offence! Also the institute of black lawyers have made an official complaint to the met police with out any of their represents being at the game does anybody agree with this!!! There is also talk of a black players union would this make racism in football worse or would it help to kerb the issues???? What about the number if players who refused to wear the anti racism t-shirts this last week??? Worth a discussion .....

    Re: Mark clattenberg

at the end of the day they all have there own views, trying to make them all wear t-shirts isnt going to stop anything, no one likes footie getting ruined but half the time its just down to one mistake that gets blown up to a stupid level, same as ref`s............ soon as they bring in goal line technology the better then all the teams will get the right result instead of relying a muppet

also think clattenberg is a total weapon anyway although a villa van the mistakes he made were untrue...........

    Re: Mark clattenberg

Despite his poor decisions during a match Clattenburg is still a professional referee who has clocked up possibly thousands of hours of game play. For this allegation to suddenly surface in a match where Chelsea feel hard done to is possibly even more unbelievable. When this is found to be a sham I certainly hope the FA come down with full weight upon the club, i'm sick of this attitude in football, its driving out my interest in it. You win some, you lose some. That's the end of it.
This sudden talk of racism in football again seems to be a flag of convenience for a certain select few. Mr R(s) Ferdinand is chomping away (as ever) about the subject, how the authorities don't do anything, how he is still a victim. Is this the Mr Ferdinand so aghast at a scumbag's rant at his brother? Check. Is this the same Mr Ferdinand who racially insulted Ashley Cole? Check (as an Arsenal fan its hard to defend Cole but in this case its valid) The whole subject is a nonsense and is threatening to destroy the game.
I've listened to Jason Roberts speak on the subject and he seems to have some sort of clarity and accord. In fact he seems to be one of those rarist of creatures, a thinking footballer. Contrast his opinions with the childish rants of the Ferdinands and it is easy to see why the subject may not be treated with 101% sincerity. Some people hijack the cause for their own churlish gain and ruin it for the genuine cases of discrimination (which from my line of work seems to exist more in people's minds than their actions)

Kick it out, fine sentiment. Terry, the Ferdinands and Chelsea in general can all fk off as far as i'm concerned. An utter circus looking to make Clattenburg its star clown. Pathetic.
