I love UFC and have done for a long while.

Anybody who says boxing is more entertaining/boxers are more skilled doesn't know what they are talking about.

haha.... I always think its just a step up from the school yard fights no real skill, just all out attack imo...

I used to do MMA for just over 6 months but had to stop because i was struggling to commit to the time needed due to work, it's something you have to do as a group so all need to be there at the same time which i struggled to do

If i get the time ever i will start up again though, it's the best all body workout i've ever done.

As for it just been two blokes kicking the sh1t out of each other it's nothing like that, the technical side of it is huge when standing and especially when it goes to ground.

I aren't massively into watching it loads but if i catch it i'll watch it.

They had a few boxers come to the gym but they can't get close enough because of the kicking and when they do they aren't used to being grabbed/kneed/punched all at the same time.

Wouldn't say it's a skill thing though, boxers have loads of it but they train to box.

MMA is more of an all round discipline.
