    Insurance - Who's with who?

Which insurance company are you with and what are they like?

    Insurance Company - HIC/Highway
Term - 3yrs but had insurance with them previously too
    Cost - Reasonable
Experience - Great service over the phone, quick to sort things out, paperwork emailed straight away
Extras - Breakdown service (full) 60s breakdown in europe and 90 days insurance cover
Mods - they will cover all mods like for like and no increase of premium unless its a bhp increase

in the past I've had Adrian Flux - another good service and price considering what I was driving and how many mods I had.

I'm with AXA and they aren't the cheapest but they give me the best cover possible for all aspects of the business.

Not overly expensive when you consider the level of insurance we have.

also insurance companies at the min will do anything to get out of paying up

my experience with HIC on the phone have been good BUT the main problem arouse when trying to claim in a non fault accident which the other party admitted to me in person but denied when the claim went through resulting in me been out of pocket because their claims handling company wouldn't persue the claim any further.

At the minute I am with brentacre who were the cheapest for insurance and also lowest on excess and also had alot of benifits

Re: Insurance - Who's with who?

HIC were cheap with one car for me but when I changed to a new car which was SIX insurance groups lower and the new car had an alarm unlike my other, they wanted an extra 175 quid off me!!! Robbing dogs!! And then they took ageeeeees to refund me my money when I cancelled my policy. Had to ring them twice to ask for my money back
