    Cool Destination. Wolfsburg

This is an idea i've toyed with for some time and one that made its way into the open over a pint (or three) of scrumpy last Thursday. After what can only be described as an eventful day, I got a beer in for nosecity as a reward for putting his back out getting the hub off the Golf. Wouldn't it be a good idea to roadtrip our VWs back to the mother land? Even better than that, why not back to their spiritual home?
So for 2012 we're planning a run to the VW Museum at Wolfsburg, will be later in the year as work has decreed I can't have time off until after the Olympics. Who's up for a bit of STVW stickering?

It's awesome mate. I went in 2008 for my 30th. Make sure you go to the Stiftung (I think that's it's name) that's where all the cool stuff is. It's about a mile from the factory.

We stayed in the Ritz Carlton on the site, it was epic. Overlooked the factory and those tower things.

    I'd love to go back.

Had a quick look through the website for the museum which seems a little under-developed but gives a nice couple of teasers for what's there. Can't wait to get over to have a root about. Will look up Stiftung, will find it i'm sure. Cheers matey!
