Bosch super 4's. Anyone seen this before?

Had a misfire on my 1.8t yesterday so I pulled the plugs out and have a look whats going on. I then found that the lower part of the insulator had dropped down inside the plug and was luckily caught by the four grounds, has anyone else had this with any plugs before? pretty sure its a first for me tbh.

When I had my last 1.8T I tried the super 4's in and never run spot on. Put the standard VAG plugs in and run so much better.

I've been out and got some NGK's now and theres a noticeable difference . I'll be avoiding bosch from now on.
