If its the alloy cover behind the door card, you will have to undo the two spline bolts that hold the lock assembly and remove the door handle.
    1. Remove the plastic cover (size of a 1p) next the lock assembly. Using a torx bit undo the bolt until it starts to feel tight then stop.
    2. Insert your key into the door lock, turn the key and withdraw lock and key together.
    3. Inside the handle, there is a small cable with a small block inset in the handle, pop it out.
    4. Remove the alloy cover with lock assembly attached.

Try this. if not can come over to help.

    VW BORA window broke?!?

This is really common, the regulator has broken.

If you get stuck we can repair it with genuine parts for £105
