    Mk3 Golf Gti 16v

    Word up!!

The time has come to sell my car, or ideally swap .

    Good points

    New clutch
    Rear axle polybushed
    Wishbone polybushed
    New top mounts all round
    New balljoints
    6 Months tax
    5 Months MOT
    New rear brake pads

Just had new VR6 splitter put on (comes with old gti too)
M3 style lights (comes with originals)
New style beetle wheels 6.5 16s
    Rear 25mm spacers
Collies with lots of thread left i think they are FKs
Daylight running lights (LEDs in the indicators)
I might include the sony ipod headunit, focal components, jl audio 12 inch sub and 4 channel amp if get the price.
    Spare standard backbox
Spare pretty much brand new 195/45/16 tyres

As with alot of cars it has its bad points.

The wishbones and axle bushes were done to try and sort out a strange handling problem which it pretty much has but it just need alignment now, because it hasnt been done the front drivers side tyre has worn v quickly so will need replacing.
When i put the spacers on i was too impatient and jacked the car up on the crappy standard jack which moved underneath the car and bent the panel a little.
And a squeeky rear passenger coilover or top mount not sure which but I just turn the stereo up!!
Laquer peel on boot lid over winter, i only had time to bodge a repair.

It all sounds alot worse than it actually is, Its a lovely car.

The spacers arnt fitted in the top pic, it looks alot better now put them on plus, painted the wheels cream.

    Any questions??

I need a bigger and/or more fuel economical car, so SWAPS!!!!!
