    Lowering the bora

what would you guys recommend as a good reasonable height to drop to?

i dont want that low the rear end is scraping along the floor like a dog with piles or my spine shattered due to it being so stiff and hard but i would like to maintain some of comfort kinda thing.

finally any pictures as a example maybe?

    cheers guys

    Re: Lowering the bora

personally i like mine low lol
but ride is still spot on i feel, last bora i had was on 16`s then 17`s and that was 115mm lowered and after 50mm the ARB needs to come off
and the bora i have now runs 17`s again and that is currently about 95/100 and feels a lot smoother than my last one can still run 5 people in it with no scrubbing ect
have pics in build thread if you need an idea

Yeah it's not too bad mate but I'll be looking at buying George's coilovers in the new year as he's looking at air ride the issues with springs is the ride is a bit bouncy it does handle better but you really feel the bumps

yeah id like maintain some ride comfort for doing the long runs so i don't think coil overs are for me, i hear they are bit stiff but obviously can set the height you like i guess hmmmm

where abouts in stoke are you if you don't mind me asking, maybe have a look in person if you don't mind of course.

Mine was lowered about 80mm it was pretty drivable apart from sharp dips etc like multistoreys.

It was stiff but was fun to drive I kept the arb on but uprated it to an eibach one.

I haven't got any pics ATM as I'm on my phone but if you search my build thread you'll see how low it was.
