    MK4 locksmith help

I have an MK4.. So I took it out for a ride and had a little accident.. my hand locked and I ran into a stationed truck.. the car looks fine and I'm fine too.. just minor scratches, but the key doesn’t go in to the driver side door lock, anymore.. should I call a locksmith?

could be a case of debris accumulation. The accident may have caused some damage to the lock barrel.. in that case, call a locksmith
