When it says adjustable Suspension 30-70mm where do you measure from?

It means the car will be lowered by 30-70mm compared to factory height.

It doesn't matter where you measure from (ground to sill, wheel to arch etc) as long as it's from a point attached to the ground compared to a point on the car supported by the springs.
