Just wondering where would be the best place to get a cheap but still good looking roof rack for the 'lo?


It's a 2002 9n Polo -- I saw one I liked on a MKIV Golf the other day but it was genuine VW and I don't want to pay that much!!!!

try halfords mate they always have offers on thule are the best ones mine is a genuine vw one i brought it from g60pb on here i think thats a thule one aswell

Yep Halfaruds seem to be ok or just try trawling through e-bay.

Your post confuses me....it's definitely OEM VW.

Thule stuff is really good though, I have Thule roof bars and a Thule bike carrier. Also have a cheap Halfords carrier (for Jo's bike ) and that's not a patch on the Thule one for quality.

The genuine VW ones come up on E-Bay every so often, it's where my Bora bars came from

im positive they are made for vw by thule lol

thule generally make roof racks for all the main markets

ebay is your best bet, but try halford etc as its the end of the holiday season
